Can I decline a task?

If you received a task offer, you can refuse it for a valid reason.

You can decline a task at any time. However, when canceling the task less than 24 hours before the confirmed start time, you will be charged a 25 euro cancellation fee (contractual penalty).

If the client asks you to change the task time less than 24 hours before the task start time, please contact Duuabl Customer Support.
