Why was I charged a fine?

We charge you 25€ contractual penalty (cancellation fee) in case you cancel the task less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed start time. If you canceled by mistake, please contact our Support.
We charge you a 25€ cancellation fee in case you don't start the task in the 24-hour starting window, after which the task is categorized as undone.
