Once your order is placed and accepted by a Tasker, you can communicate with them through our platform’s chat window.

Chatting is convenient and secure – all conversations and shared materials are saved to ensure information accessibility and transparency.

If you placed your order via the mobile app, you will also find a call icon in the top bar of the chat window.
